  Israel, you were created as a nation by force, even before you had soft power for governance and infrastructure in place. Unlike other nations that evolved with time, and had soft knowledge and informal knowledge that in time led to structures of governance both formal and informal, basically most of their citizens carry some sort historical knowledge base of governance without even them being totally aware of it, but You had none. You had people who came from different parts of the globe, they had limited shared knowledge other than religion even that was not universal in interpretation and practice across racial and cultural diversity.
