  Seriously, Mr. Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, the world knows there exists The Law of the Sea and it is the international legal framework governing all rights, duties, and jurisdictions of states in the maritime environment. But, maybe US does not understand its existence for though it mobilized the globe to create it, the US is not a party to the Law of the Sea or United Nations Conventions on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
