United States' Narration Supersedes Equality of Nations assured under UN Charter- The Cuban Experience
The art of narration selection, building on the favoured perspective and creating acceptance happens not just in the media, the UN platform but also within institutions supposed to deliver justice, this is clearly seen in many instances with the United States. At times, it is the sound of silence from the US court that deafens humanity, as in the case of the US President proudly claiming he has bombed fishing boats, and his administration even opting for the double strike in case some soul had been left alive to bear witness to the incident. Not one official or the judiciary has asked about legality of extrajudicial killing or how did the US President or any of the official determine that fishing boat contained drugs, when the only option for detection was from the skies above, miles aways from the boat.
