United Nations a union of
Nations, looks good on paper or as a side show for raising funds, but it does
not wipe way the silent screams that fills the rubble of Gaza, or the shock of
massacre of school children in Iran, or the planned attack through pager,
master minded to kill at will, irrespective of the role of chance that
determines who takes the fall.
For the United Nations nothing
changed, it turned a page and carried on…
At the best a small tap on
knuckle of Israel, the pressure tempered with fear of the lord and master’s
response the United States, a so-called democracy that uses legal loop holes to
support with pride a genocide, a country where Judiciary and Constitution lie
silent at the feet of Presidential Executive Orders, scared to even flinch when
acknowledging the reality of their plight.
United Nations a Union of Nations
is a myth, an opium to seduce nations with a dream of equality that has been
and continues to be shredded on UN floor by the United States and Israel, their
power so immense that they assert their indignation that UN or anyone dared to
even question their right to be above the international and national law.
Doctors and health workers who
silently watched genocide unfold in front of their eyes, who stood for humanity
when they cared for a father who brought his son with brain blown out yet
attached enough to fool the father that his son could be set right by a skilled
mortal, a doctor; the doctors who stood for humanity when they operated with no
anaesthesia both young and old, at times a doctor numbed enough by reality to
perform on his own offspring; a father watched his daughter being shot more
than once for the crime of fetching water for the family to survive, shots
taken by a Israeli with visual aids that gave best quality effect for accuracy
but his/her fingers didn’t flinch when taking shot at a small girl collecting
water, probably only the shooters lips might have smiled to acknowledge the
perfect shot; instance of injustice too many to narrate but doctors tried their
best to describe the planned genocide to their countrymen, to the leaders and
to the world. They did their best, the human souls who only saw spirit of
humanity in their profession, were totally lost seeing a population,
Palestinians, trying to be resilient and humane when living through a genocide.
For the United Nations nothing
changed, it turned a page and carried on…
Countries funding Israel’s
genocide, did their part they asserted Israel’s right to self defence and
Israel resource tap for genocide kept flowing without respite, the country
flexed its muscles as Israeli Court justified apartheid and dual legal system, Israeli
politicians asserted their right to try layered genocide in Lebanon, Syria
and . To further assert their
power, Israel used the UN platform to voice their displeasure at UN for not
reprimanding the nations in the region who dared to claim their right over
their borders instead of bowing and letting Israel swallow their land and
citizens with it, after all Israel is the land of chosen one.
For the United Nations nothing
changed, it turned a page and carried on…
The military might of planned
genocide in the name of chosen one trampled innocence as they shot innocent
souls who carried white flags and assumed Genocidaire could perceive justice,
the disjoint between faith in humanity and world view of chosen one made stark the
reality humanity confronts; when Palestinians held their white flag higher and
tighter refusing to give up faith in white flag or what it represented, and
Israeli soldier saw an afront to their might and shot more than once on the
unarmed target, the soldier sought to leave his/her mark not just on the target
but on the symbol of hope that now lay covering the still Palestinian.
The coders, the AI experts, the
tech companies’ main players and associated data processors all looked at the genocide
on Gaza during breaks from their stock market focus and discussion how to make
their models more accurate in situations of continuous flux. Whether they had
augmented their sense of detachment from the raw mater that determined the
success or failure of their products, or whether they believed their racial or
religious identity could exists in live form outside the identity of their
species or the sound of stock market gains were so deafening that it muted the
silent scream of innocence and humanity as it left the bodies of those who
treasured it or whether their association with AI had left them feeling they
are a different species, being ignorant of the definition of species itself as
the tech world has been or ignored the meaning of awareness, intelligence,
consciousness, prompt, bias…
For the United Nations nothing
changed, it turned a page and carried on…
The dark side of humanity exposed
to the world by Israel, through its own self revealing journey remain strewn
with images that refuse to dim with time the extent of cruelty, pleasure
derived from the kill, or the joy of living through the process to reach the
kill, as when threatening and then burying Palestinians alive and watching
their eyes for stimuli for happiness; all images have merged with our reality
of what we define as humanity within which we exist. One image that remains
etched in my mind is that of child with all limbs amputated with bandages all
over them, she doesn’t ask Why, but gives Hope freely with a smile.
I rest my case for justice not at
the feet of the United Nations,
For the United Nations nothing has
changed, it will turn a page and carry on…
Not at the feet of EU, for
weighed down by its past it can only mouth about Israel’s abuse including on
its own citizens but when taking actions its measures are limited in scale and
too late to impact the sense of impunity that has entrenched itself not just in
the minds of Israel but also on the US President, the US Congress and SCOTUS.
I rest my case for justice at
feet of Iran, at that of Turkey, at Saudi Arabi, at that of all countries in
the region for Israel does not exist in isolation it needs your air space,
roads, and sea routes to survive, might of Israel is relative and it can be
changed.
I rest my case at feet of Cuba
that has fought for its rights, at the feet of Mexico and all countries in the
region that believes in sovereignty.
I rest my case at feet of
countries that believe in Sovereignty, for bowing down to Genocidaire or US
Presidential Executive Orders will set a pattern that would be difficult to
revert from.
Sovereignty for all or for None
