Democracy has been a weapon used to disregard sovereignty of other nations for decades and America has used it in the past, but nothing to compete with Trump Style American Presidency flavoured with white supremacy. The question is can there be democracy when sovereignty is done away with and puppet governments put in place by proxy, through manipulated democratic choice or a dictator chosen by US .
