  UN the world may hold a torch to the fading light of the US and its unprincipled Gulf partner countries who are not just morally but directly responsible for the US and Israel attacks not just on Uranium enrichment sites, but planned attack on Supreme Leader of Iran and his family, massacre of Iranian scientists and their families, massacre of 158 or more school children. If even a small percentage of violation had happened to the US or Israel, the world would be watching massacres unfold across countries with the explanation of pre-emptive strikes. Not one once did these Gulf countries come in full force to hold US accountable, how could they for without their permission to use the US bases and their air space no bombing would have happened. Since no one is willing to bell the cat, I am doing it. International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and its representatives are not being governed by truth but rather by what is palatable to the United States and Israel.   The reality of Western Hemisphere and its regional governance are a clear example of fact that the US makes a mockery of nations sovereignty and how it can set wedges and thereby ensure isolation of   countries within a region and at the same time keep an American stranglehold over the region. While the US is solely responsible for the mess it created in the Western Hemisphere, here in the Middle East it is trying to take on the same role, except it has Israel as the go between.   According to Rome Statute Art 31, Grounds for excluding criminal responsibility, Article 31 (1) (a), a person is not criminally responsible if, at the time of their conduct, the person suffers from a mental disease or defect that destroys that person’s capacity to appreciate the unlawfulness or nature of his or her conduct, or capacity to control his or her conduct to conform to the requirement of law [1].   Western Media has been directly responsible for the narrative that embolden Israel and US to think the  Genocide of Palestinian as one sanctioned by the world. After continuous criticism from a concerned audience across the globe, the Western media has been trying to be “professional” by stating “Palestinian Killed by Israeli forces” and not as it would earlier state “Palestinians dead after Israeli forces attack buildings” as though the great moral Israel was just bombing the suspected buildings and these ignorant Palestinian human beings were hanging around  for no rhyme or reason and happened to die.   International waters have become the new arena to take pot shots with missiles on small boats that dare to ferry.
