Home Page- On journey to creating the blog and Why?

Why the blog:

Through out my career my focus has been on social issues facing vulnerable population and looking at organized crime and drug trade. Exploration on dynamics of these issues led to use of qualitative methods over quantitative methods, at times mixed methods; but the micro reality link with policy were central irrespective of the method opted for. Even when looking at organized crime or drug trade, it was seen as an opportunity to understand the contextual reality around initiation into crime and scope for addressing the same. 

When life situation changed and had to look at a different way to carry on with my work, setting up the blog seemed to be the best option as it offered freedom of choice not just on issues focused on but also the conceptual frame within which to view the issue. The first post on Manipur was based on a field trip to the area to look at conflict reality and its impact on drug use. Subsequent to which continued to focus on issues like positive peace; issues with regard to negative peace; drug use and drug policy limitation; role of altered states of conscious and its search in use of drugs; and role of Artificial intelligence on human mind and its evolution.

Was a content creator at LinkedIn for a year from 2023 -2024 and that's where I began to write on Palestine from the beginning of the chaos in 2023, when all were up in arms against Palestinians. The bias of expecting Palestinians to be slaves of Israel is beyond my comprehension and selectivity of justice and human rights when it comes to Israel and Palestine to stark to ignore and so continued to work on Palestine and ignored all else. Was told by Israelis I would get thrown out of LinkedIn and was, for from mid 2024 I have been unable to access my account, though it seems my account is still there at LinkedIn.

After that decided to use my blog to focus on issue of Palestine and also the changed Tech based global colonial perspective that governs the US, at present, which is showing tendency to create colonies in the Middle East as it has done through the decades in parts of  Latin America, South America and Caribbean. In addition to these issues, the blog will continue to focus on Artificial Intelligence and human mind specifically thinking and consciousness (as individual and as member of a community).

Hope this blog does instill curiosity in the readers to look beyond what is presented as a standard take, to explore the background beyond the viral clicks and takes.

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there.
