UN, you are a shame to Humanity! You gave your floor to rewrite the narrative with an American edge!
UN the world may hold a torch to the fading light of the US and its unprincipled Gulf partner countries who are not just morally but directly responsible for the US and Israel attacks not just on Uranium enrichment sites, but planned attack on Supreme Leader of Iran and his family, massacre of Iranian scientists and their families, massacre of 158 or more school children. If even a small percentage of violation had happened to the US or Israel, the world would be watching massacres unfold across countries with the explanation of pre-emptive strikes. Not one once did these Gulf countries come in full force to hold US accountable, how could they for without their permission to use the US bases and their air space no bombing would have happened. They are complicit, degree may wary!
Just imagine the inhumanity you
are showing UN, have you shown such inhumanity and injustice to any other
country. Now you let them speak as though Iran is responsible for all the
weaponization of the Strait of Hormuz.
1. Prior to March 4th
when Iran blocked transit through Strait of Hormuz, Iran was bombed by US and
Israel, using US bases as per need, on 28TH February, 1st
March, 2nd March, 3rd March, and on 4th
March. It was proudly called Epic Fury
by the Rogue US President, who has made bombing his pastime for entertainment
and every one cajoles him for the same. Through Epic Fury prior to blocking of
Strait of Hormuz by Iran, 1000 places were bombed in 150 cities, this included military bases,
and residential area, university, schools, educational institutes, research
institutes, oil refinery, oil warehouses, sport complex while practice was
going on, planned attack on residential
location of intelligentsia. The country had to face all this along with loss of
their Spiritual Leader, his family and many of top military leaders.
Under which international law or
US domestic Law are such acts acceptable. Of course, the spineless US Congress
has taken the easy way out of stating for 60 days the US President can do what
he wills and after that he will be held accountable. Is the UN and UNSC fine
with such arrangement for a member state and a prominent power base within UNSC
and a country that UN and UNSC considers to be a democracy?
For a simple murder a person is
held accountable with 24 hrs of getting evidence, here even after months has
UNSC asked can a democracy function the way the US has been in Palestine, Iran,
Venezuela, Somalia, Nigeria and Cuba?
How is this in line with basic
philosophy of UN Charter, or is it that the Charter is applicable only to the
weak nations?
With regard to crimes carried out
by the US, there is no need for proof, the President of the US gloats over his
terror act on live TV and religiously posts details of all his acts, at times
with visuals as evidence, on Truth Social. If UN is unable to ask a country to
stop mass murder across countries what is the purpose of UN?
2. It is interesting to note that
the Ambassador of US speaks about upholding rule of law while the US President
has made it clear he does not believe in International Law or Domestic Law but
only in his sense of morality whatever it may be. Mr. Ambassador Mike Waltz as
you recited the various conventions and agreement, it caught my attention you
seem to have forgotten a minor fact, that the US has not ratified the United
Nations Convention of Law of Sea and it did so on grounds of sovereignty. To be
more specific the US wants to be sole authority to decide the scale and extent
of mining of resources from the sea. I assume this fact must have slipped your
mind.
Mr. Ambassador, please let me
share some other minor facts which you may have ignored, US President Trump
through his Presidential Executive Order 14285 (April, 2025), “Unleashing
America’s Offshore Critical Minerals and Resources”, asserted the US right to
permit mining on its Continental Shelf and in international waters (Area beyond
National Jurisdiction). The President’s unilateral approach bypasses UN
Convention on the Law of Sea, which anyway the US has refused to adhere to.
Please be careful, when you come to UN platform and declare about other
nation’s non-adherence or your nation’s adherence to international law.
3. UN, how can US go around
sanctioning any country or professional it feels like, including UN’s own. If
you consider sanction were or are legitimate, why is the US or Israel never
sanctioned, at least as a matter of principle, for they have invaded countries
and carried out terror acts than any terror group managed till date. Actually,
there may be many terror groups that would be in awe of US President for his
ability dance through acts of serious aggressions, war crime and terror acts.
Not a soul dares tell it loud, he
is nothing but a terrorist and a rogue, at least that is what his actions
indicate legally!
Rights for all, or Rights for
none.
