Hats off, President Trump! You made Genocidaire Israel the epitome of Justice in Israel-Lebanon Framework agreement!

Mr. President, you are not the master of art of deal, you’re the master of fallacies and dealer of unjust illusions. You are so good at it along with your genocidaire ally, that leaders in Lebanon consider the current Framework as first step towards sovereignty. Apparently, they seem to be so blindsided they have forgotten the meaning of sovereignty and its relevance. According to international law, sovereignty refers to the supreme, independent authority of a state to govern its territory, manage internal affairs and conduct foreign relations free from external interference. It establishes a state as an equal and autonomous legal entity on the global stage.

The fourteen-point framework [1,2] drafted solely keeping in mind the political needs of Israel and US, while considering the sovereignty of Lebanon an irrelevant reality, and something that can be purchased for a hundred million dollars, while the destruction caused by Israel’s bombing with ammunition provided by US will cost around 20 billion dollars to clear the rubble and carry out reconstruction. The US speaks about gulf countries paying for the reconstruction, the question is why?

Why is that Israel is allowed to bomb Lebanon around year in 2025, ensuring bomb were never silent and yet no sanctions on Israel and no accountability? The pattern was repeated in 2026, with Israel having the freedom to bomb Lebanon, on January, February, March, April, May and June. Why shouldn’t Israel be held accountable and asked to pay for damages in Lebanon and Palestine? Unless Israel is held accountable, there will never be peace in the region. If every country in the world can be held accountable for bombing at will, so should Israel and the US be held accountable for making mockery of law and justice.

Yet none of these find any mention in the 14-point framework largely developed by US and Israel to ensure control over Lebanese sovereignty?

Before going into details of the 14-point framework, it may be useful to remember what Framework refers to as per law. It is a legally binding accord that establishes foundational principles, goals and rules of governance between two countries. While they may not contain immediate, concrete obligations, framework agreements are just as legally binding under international law as traditional treaties. Can a framework that violates the fundamental right of sovereign state be legal?

The Fourteen point Israel- Lebanon Framework

The bilateral agreement made trilateral with the US being the referee on an unfair deal with Lebanon totally blindsided to the implications of the commitments made. From the fourteen-point agreement, eleven-point focus totally on describing, affirming, establishing and holding Lebanese government accountable for conflict between Isreal and Lebanon. Not a single time is there any mention about war crimes committed by Israel and murder at will of civilian, military personnel, health care workers, journalists, and clergy. According to Lebanese Ministry of Public Health in current conflict around 3,980 people were killed and 12,79 wounded and 1.2 million displaced [3].

In 2025, 10,000 structures were damaged, and many civilian infrastructure that were selected to ensure long term adverse impact on Lebanese society. Israeli military not only used bulldozers but also manually laid explosives to destroy entire neighbourhoods, historic villages, water and sanitation were devastated, educational institutes were destroyed, hospitals, health care centres and ambulances were purposefully destroyed, the planned destruction of Lebanon was for long term impact as evident when expansive tracts of agricultural land were deliberately razed, with orchards and woodlands eradicated by military operations and fire. These are not measures towards Israel’s security, these are measures toward long term goals of land acquisition and for which ensuring the southern Lebanon is seen as an unliveable by local Lebanese population is crucial.

Israel may claim that in March 2026 Hezbollah sent drones to northern Israel, out of the blue and with no rational. No, Hezbollah was standing up for justice and international law, when international agencies were silent, EU was silent, UN had nothing to do after all US was responsible for the master stroke. When UN stated after the incident “deep regret on diplomacy being squandered and urged an immediate cessation of hostilities”, it made it clear sanctions are for the less privileged nations, not for questionable democracies like the United State and Israel.

What is also pertinent is that not one media outlet called a vicious brutal terror act carried out the global terrorists, the US and Israel. Why? Why, even Al Jazeera did not term it as terror act and mass murder, for that is what it was? While most media outlet used the word “killed”, Al Jazeera did use term assassinated, but that is not adequate to describe the choice to commit mass murder, when 30 precision bombs and munitions were dropped by Israeli fighter jets on the compound of former Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, it was a joint decision by the US and Israel. The daylight operation targeted his residence and office complex in Tehran during a security meeting. Others brutally disposed by the terrorist from Israel and the US included Iran’s defence minister, the commander of Revolutionary Guard Corps, and the Secretary of Iranian Security Council, a close advisor to Khamenei and over 50 other military officials. That day 500 sites in Iran were bombed by the US and Israel coordinated attack [4,5].

The irony is that no one dares to state US President is nothing but a vicious, uncouth, global terrorist who takes pride and joy in mass murder of fishermen in international waters of America and with equal relish he enjoys the mass murder of Supreme Leader of Iran along with his family, wife and daughter, and officials from Iran’s administration and military. To declare his joy with pride the US President stated “He was unable to avoid our intelligence and High Sophisticated Tracking Systems and, working closely with Israel, there was not a thing he, or the other leaders that have been killed along with him, could do”, and added “The heavy… bombing would continue, uninterrupted… to achieve our objective of PEACE THROUGHOUT THE MIDDLE EAST AND, INDEED, THE WORLD.”

Till date no other national leaders have celebrated mass murder as much as the US President Donald.  J. Trump and his ally Prime Minister Netanyahu. Yet he considers himself to be the apt option to broker a deal for peace between Lebanon and Israel. Lebanese leaders, it is not sufficient to know you enemies, it is important understand the mindset of your counterparts in an agreement and their layered thinking for otherwise you would have knotted yourself with an X knot or deadly knot.

Against this background the analysis of 14-point framework agreement between Lebanon and Israel becomes real, relevant and complex in the long term.

1. Make over of Genocidal Israel the State and its governance to one that is the victim of violence from Hezbollah and therefore by Lebanon.

Lebanon, to know whether Israel and US is actually standing for peace, there is only need for one statement in all trade agreements with Israel, “ Israel will adhere to the borders as decided by blue lines for Lebanon, The Green Line or 1967 lines for Palestine, and withdrawal from The Golan Heights and adherence to borders as established with Egypt, Jordan and moving out of the land invaded in the name of buffer zone in Syria” or any statement indicating a point beyond which it is red line for Israel.  That’s all what it takes for peace in the middle east and an end to bombing by Israel, but that is unthinkable for Israel with its goals for, a) setting up of greater Israel and b) making middle east the live testing grounds for all kinds of ammunition, jets, drones and other innovations. Field tested products have more market value especially when data can be provided. Since neither these plans have become redundant, Lebanon needs to review the 14-point frame work, for under the point 1, it is stated it would address and conclusively end conflict between Lebanon and Israel and towards this it will “address its underlying causes”.

When Lebanon accepts this 14- framework as legally binding, it accepts Israel and US analysis that Hezbollah and therefore Lebanon is the cause for Israel bombing Lebanon round the year without break in 2025 and 2026. Hence, Israel can not be held accountable for the war crimes it committed and destruction of Lebanon it carried out.

Hezbollah is relevant within reality of Lebanon, Israel knows with Hezbollah out of the picture it can restart its plans for Litani River as a buffer zone. This is partial truth, what it will also manage to do is to destroy Lebanon totally, it will destroy Lebanon’s agricultural security and water resource. Israel has always used false claims of security for invading and taking over land of others.

There is another reason Israel wants to get rid of Hezbollah, as it wants to eliminate Houthis, Palestinians and Iranian. All of them represent resilient population, who have only increased their resilience with time and Israel’s and US attacks and sanctions. Every year the US and Israel spend millions experimenting and training their people especially those from forces to be resilient but they have been unable to find the magic bullet and so they see resilient groups in middle east as the greatest threat to their plans for the region.

When Lebanon accepts the cause of conflict to be Hezbollah and other non-state actors, and that means its own destruction is result of actions by Hezbollah and other groups, it is setting Israel scot-free not only of the violence it inflicted on Lebanon but also may create doubt of Genocide it committed and continues to in Palestine. Lebanon is also stating it will destroy one great human resource it has for protecting its sovereignty for ever,  based on the false analysis of Israel and US.  Israel often claims drone attacks from southern Lebanon, which may at times be concocted, for truth is alien to Israel, but even when true the question of proportionality brings out the real truth about Israel’s plan for the region.

2. When cause is selected through biased interpretation, the rest of the goal of destroying sovereignty of Lebanon is a child’s play. This is what is planned through points 2 and 3, with Lebanon stating its full faith and solidarity with plans to its own destruction in point 4 and Israel asserting its innocence in point five.

Point 2 and 3 are well thought through narration by a shrewd mind that has mastered the art of misrepresentation and use of human vulnerability of being blindsided.  In a never ending loop the US and Israel have started their X knot on Lebanon, this done by asking Lebanon to destroy its asset that safeguards its southern border with the promise that once Lebanese Armed Forces take over control over the area and dismantles its infrastructure which is to be verified to the satisfaction of  Israel and the US, then Israel will slowly plan for the redeployment of IDF from Lebanon.

This is an open-ended process with no timeline, with no specific goals or end time mentioned. This is Lebanese government giving an open-ended invitation to Israel and the US to come and take over its sovereign nation and teach a country that existed for 4000 years as a cultural entity and as an independent nation for 83 years, the art of peace and governance.

Going further into depth what does dismantling infrastructure of non-state groups imply, it just means in case Lebanese government is unable to meet the set goal, then Israel has the right to bomb and destroy the infrastructure of non-state which is seen as a cause of conflict and needs to be eliminated. Now, Israel will have the advantage of being in close proximity, with legitimate reason for its presence and to monitor Lebanese government and keep extending its goal posts as it religiously does in Palestine, Lebanon or Syria. Once Lebanon signs the detailed plan, it can say goodbye to its sovereignty.

The US and Israel knows Lebanon cannot have a strong presence throughout the entire country, as it lacks human resource, military equipment which anyway it was largely dependent on the US till funds ran dry, and there is another advantage the US and Israel has with Lebanon totally dependent on US products, it means it military products will never be threat to Israel unlike Hezbollah which uses a different line of attack and defence based on Iran model.

In return for giving up its sovereignty, Lebanon would be given around maximum 300 million dollars based its adherence to goals set by the US and Israel. There is no mention about rebuilding other than handing over the responsibility to Gulf countries, with no assurance about when Israel may start bombing now or in future to dismantle suspected infrastructure.

Point three makes it clear how the building security for Israel within Lebanon would be slow process, with genocidaire Israel deciding when and where its goals have been reached. The area will be divided into plots, and at first two plots will be selected for trial run with mechanism being verified by Israeli forces or IDF and after which IDF will be redeployed and LAF will be deployed.

I do have a question to Lebanese government, on what grounds are you staking your faith on IDF forces that has made it clear it considers Arab worse than animals, that it can snipper shot infants as practice for accuracy, that can enjoy the rape of Palestinian women and men, by men, sex toys, and even dog. This is the kind of people you are entrusting your citizens with and sanctioning their presence in your country. With no indication anywhere in the 14-points that you can hold Israel accountable. Lebanon why do you have so much faith in a proven genocidal force, when even Israeli court set the rapists free and jailed the individual who leaked the proof of Israeli soldiers enjoying group rape, and non in your people and their legitimate groups, just stand?

Point five is the most interesting of all, if one where to read it as an independent document devoid of context, Israel comes out as a victim that is butchered by Lebanon and its non-state actors. It assures Lebanon that once the threat from non-state actors to Israel is completely eliminated in all of Lebanon, then there won’t be need for future action from IDF or its presence in Lebanon. There is a catch here, Israel is a country that uses its perception of threat to attack any country or groups, so there is no guarantee when Israel will feel secure enough to give up its land grab tendency till them IDF will be in Lebanon, almost permanently.

Point six, how in line with UN Charter affirms its sovereignty over the entire country, it is sad this is being stated after Lebanon has handed over its entire sovereignty for Israel and the US to have a field day. Lebanon seems to have forgotten expect for stray incidents, LAF has never fought. In fact, in 2024, on IDF invasion it just left the field and it was Hezbollah that fought IDF and in the process lost 2,762 of its members.

Mr. President Trump, planning to replicated OAS model in the middle east via Israel, and make Israel the centre point of governance. Thankfully, that may never succeed in the region. That would not be an issue would it Mr. President, you need data of success and failure of different governance strategies, that’s what Tech needs and you are just trying different ways to fulfil the need.

Point Seven, is hilarious for both countries Israel and Lebanon assert they have the inherent right to defend themselves, while Israel is setting the ground for its continued bombing as per its desire to dismantle infrastructure that it finds threatening. Not sure, what Lebanon is asserting about, for there is no other country other than Israel that will attack it, and with regard to Israel it has already handed over its sovereign rights so it makes no sense for Lebanon to assert its right to self-defence under point seven.

Point eight, affirms Lebanon and Israel share a common objective to make Lebanon safe by eliminating non-state, make Lebanon safe for Northern Israel as part of long-term peace. No mention of threat of Israel for Lebanese people the total destruction of infrastructure, death of 3,700 civilians and over 12,000 wounded.  In Israel in 2026, 46 civilians died and 36 IDF soldiers killed.

Point nine, Lebanon reaffirms it commitment to dismantle non-state actors and make Lebanon safe again to the satisfaction of Israel and the US. Further Lebanese welcomes US support and also recognises that any new US support would be based on strict assessment and verifiable milestones, full transparency over sovereign process of Lebanon along with demonstrated oversight by the US and Israel.

Point ten focuses on United States mobilising international partners to fund reconstruction of Israel’s sense of impunity to bomb at will.

Point eleven, focuses on control over financial system by the US and Israel, with the explanation that it is for ensuring non-state actors do not get any money.

Point twelve focuses on future plan to sign full comprehensive peace and security agreement. Basically the integrity of how sovereignty of Lebanon can be dismantled in the name of building peace for Israel.

Point fourteen both the countries acknowledge and welcome role of US in building peace the two countries. They acknowledge and appreciate the vision and leadership of President Donald Trump.

It is time for the countries in the region to think beyond petty difference, to  consider how fast world would be moving with tech-based governance and within it the need to protect their sovereignty for their citizens and for the globe.

Sovereignty for all or for None

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there. For which he is bidding with nations in the middle east, almost creating a new form of slave trade.  The President of US standa accused of:  a) Clearly expressed Genocidal intent, expressed to entire world totally in free will, standing in a position of power as the greatest spender on Military industry.  2. As specified in Article two of genocide convention he state he wants to destroy an entire nation by erasing its existence and using organised crime methods for the same.  3.Totally against the UN charter Article 2 (4) for it "prohibits use of force (which could be physical and psychological) and calls on all Members to respect the Sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of other states.  4. Living in the Margins

Molly Charles (1) Margin, a term familiar from tender age; notebooks with clear cut margins to delineate the main body of text, define it. The margins give it definite shape, a practice that continues into the virtual world. Among humans, it is these margins that give identity to the large majority we term normal. The often, porous boundaries offer a chance for individuals to slip through and slip back into either ‘normal’ or ‘marginal’ spaces. The decision to identify with marginal groups or positions can be a conscious one as with (gender identity, drug use), enforced as in (mental health, racial and caste based discrimination) and accidental for (drug use, stigmatized diseases). In certain instances, as with mental health, some individuals may find their being part of marginal groups a permanent reality, in most other instances individuals do move in and out of marginal groups, as a survival strategy to deal with marginalization. Even when physical spaces merge, with an emph...
