  Mr. President, Israeli expert conclusion communicated to you and vouched for by you, did not jell, so used the net for some searches. Here are some of my thoughts and doubts based on information available online. a) The shooter was standing at a roof top, at a greater height than the victim standing at ground level in the open space. Hence, the shooter had far better vision than the individuals at ground level and so could clearly see his target or targets. b) According to available information, Israeli forces use IWI Tavor assault rifle or micro Tavor rifles both tested for urban warfare and also tested for use in Palestine. Its accuracy has been vouched for by Israeli forces themselves. The other option could be MS 95R Sniper Rifle. The range for Tavor rifles is 500 meters and for sniper rifle it is 1000 meters. Both have sight magnifier and so whether purely by human sight or along with magnifier the soldier should have no problem in having a clear view of his/her targets. c)...

Narrative building is a skill in itself often ignored by audience and at times writers themselves, while editor and opinion builder may get preoccupied with the same. In the absence of logic audience build identities based on these opinions, and forgetting opinions are often grey areas and never permanently static. We the audience, often forget to look out for logic within the opinion, the context within which opinion evolved and the conceived purpose for expression of the opinion. While all nations do spend some time in looking at the opinion formation and try to build it in a specific direction, it can be difficult when there are numerous, cultural, religion, linguistic and lifestyle differences as in the case of India.
