The Nobel Peace Prize goes to Palestinians they stood their ground against military might and AI death trap!
Peace is a process is not an outcome of an action at the policy level for policy without ground reality is transitory and a mirage. The integral part of peace is not just the power of the offender but also the power of the victim, a reality asserted to its fullest by Palestinians, ordinary Palestinian from different walks of life across age groups, who patiently went through the process of being tossed around across Palestine by Israeli forces drunk on power from US support and that of EU.
As they walked through the maze
set by Israel to ensure their fall, be it through snipper shots, bombs,
missiles or even being buried alive, they asserted the power of the victims of
a genocide. As they walked through the genocide the world watched in horror,
but the Palestinian resilience made the world see beyond the horror, we the
people saw the might of human mind, the warmth of humanity that cared even when
all is lost. We identified with the treasures of humanity Palestinians showed
us through their action of just Being!
Palestinian asserted against the
might of all pervasive tech industry, which trampled over individuality,
freedom, privacy, and even right to be. The tech industry which did not just
objectify Palestinians but tried to make them into dehumanized slaves that
could only revel in the filth of fear and perish. These strategies to instil
fear in Palestinians would take years to be finalized (especially as it
happened prior to AI expertise being fine-tuned to take over programming), which
includes time needed to write the software programs (Gospel to recommend targets for strike and Where's Daddy to identify specific individuals especially from Hamas) and development of AI for linking with
weapons, these software would have to been finalised way before 7th
Oct 2023.
It was only field testing that
happened after 7th October 2023, but it was equipped to address
diverse needs from the field; for children were not spared, the quadcopters
that sniped children as they lay still in state of fear after a bomb blast or
missile attack, were not random acts carried out, for provisions for such use
cases would have been made prior to field testing in Gaza. When attacking
children the size difference needs to be considered and the variations when
child is lying down in different postures is relevant, this planning is
important for the quadcopter has to balance the payload especially when
weaponized to carry out the act, it is not same as dropping of a normal
product. What happened after 7th October was a planned genocide,
planned way before 2023.
It is this planned genocide that
ordinary Palestinians defeated as they held to basic principles of peace that
have been identified by UN and other agencies (CAF) as important for peace
process. The three principles of peace are: Dignity, Solidarity and Humility.
Palestinians displayed dignity as
they lived through a genocide, in the process they also redefined dignity. In
their silence they stated loud and clear, dignity is not captured in attire or
brand, or precious metals or stones that we wear to amplify our presentability,
dignity is beyond these materials it is within us, raw and real beyond the
grasp of the weapons or even AI to capture and discern.
It is dignity that makes a small
child struggling with water can she is dragging, stop look at the camera and
smile, a whole hearted smile that can wipe away others worries, and we
instinctively ask ourselves - what are we complaining of about our lives?
It is dignity that makes a small
child help another who has lost his limp to make an alternative one through
shaping a tin can, a Palestinian dignity that states we define our selves
beyond a genocide and wrath of the world.
It is dignity of standing one’s
ground that makes the aged and fragile insists on being in Gaza and facing all
hardship rather than leaving one’s homeland, they silently assert their right
to their homeland and dignity in doing so. They communicated to the world
through their actions, the dignity in asserting human rights in spite of
violence and power of chaos. The right to define our lives even when death
reigns supreme around us. They stood their ground to assert right to be
sovereign even when powerful nations denied it.
It is dignity of hope that
ensured surgeons operated without anesthetics at times outside hospital setting
on loved ones as last resort to save their lives. It is dignity of faith and
hope that let the patients endure the amputation without basic medications and
other medical care. As the world watched, through their silent action
Palestinians said loud and clear, you dehumanized us to the world, but we
humanize ourselves beyond your darkness, Palestinians showed the world the
extent and depth of humaneness that exists within us unknow, to our aware
selves.
Dignity was made possible with
solidarity that Palestinians lived through as a way of life before and during
the genocide. It is solidarity that cemented the resilience of Palestinian
people, it is this solidarity that made parents separate their children,
between being with parents and their relatives. It is a desperate assertion of
right to exist. For Israel used Tech based programmes (The Gospel and Where’s
daddy among others) to identify targets for destruction and to identify
specific individuals and kill families as they slept together using the warmth
of togetherness to fight massacre that ruled outside walls of their homes.
Palestinians were finding way and means to beat the Israeli institutions,
corporate based ventures that had distanced itself so much from humanity that
only dollars shined through from rubble and death.
It is this solidarity that made
some start community kitchen, or temporary space for children to keep their
link with educational activities till the next call for evacuation to another
spot in Gaza, or collect used woollen material and make some form of jacket for
children and others to keep warm during winter, it is this solidarity that made
some individual use available products to make foot-ware for children as they
struggled to walk bare foot for long distance.
It is this solidarity that Israel
sought to break by first using logical fallacies with the might of US to mouth
the same and stop aid provision through UNRWA and subsequently it blocked any
form of aid entering Gaza in the false claim that Hama was stealing and selling
it in the market. There was never any proof of the same, but then Israel and US
knew it was just their innovative logical fallacies and nothing beyond. Neither
Israel nor US will ever space for critical discussion on their logical
fallacies, be it during local discussions or when logical fallacies are used to
veto calls for Ceasefire at the UN.
Israel wanted Palestinians to
fight among themselves for survival, this is basic reason for after dismantling
aid delivery through over 400 spots it was replaced with US created GHF with
scope for aid delivery through three aid distribution spots with non in North
Gaza. This strategized aid distribution has nothing to do with Hamas or any
other resistance group but it has everything to do with finding the breaking
point for Palestinian Resilience and Solidarity.
Humility is the corner stone of
Palestinian’s solidarity and dignity, it is this humility that makes
Palestinian who have almost lost all member of their family, at times with only
one surviving child who also has been scarred for life by Israeli attack, and
yet they praise Allah and leave the final judgement to Allah. It is this
humility in their faith that makes the prayers that comes from rubbles of Gaza
more touching and poignant for us the audience than any prayer recited from any
religious sites across the globe.
If fraternity between nations is
an important factor for Nobel Peace Prize, then Palestinians win it hands down.
Through the manner in which Palestinian faced and lived through Israel’s
genocide it evolved a great sense of fraternity among population across nations
and in some instance across government as well. This strong sense of fraternity
asserting for Palestine Freedom and Statehood, something never seen before, of
course never has the world population been exposed to live streaming of
genocide or a resilient humane response filled with dignity, solidarity and
humility. Yes, the Palestinians win the Nobel Peace Prize hands down, no one
else deserves it as much as they.
Thank you, Palestine, for
enriching us through your citizens Being, they showed us different shades of
Being in its raw form but always sincere to itself and humanity.
