UN, why the silence on Gaza Plan by Israel and the US President, who is complicit in Israel’s genocide?

 The Gaza plan which contains nothing but a list of logical fallacies strung together to ensure the genocide of  Palestinians by Israel, is distant from reality, to highlight the same, according to Gaza Plan the great security threat faced by Israel one of the major global military powers with the best tech based military infrastructure and skills is from Palestinian people and their resistance group of 30,000 members with limited arms and abundance of skills for guerilla war fare but nominal military power for dropping bombs and missiles at will or securing the skies from any threat.

UN, you are supposed to stand up for the vulnerable countries, so why are you letting US President and Netanyahu the Genocidaire make a mockery of international justice among UN Member states.

Wouldn’t it be your duty to indicate to Palestine that Gaza Plan is a scheming ill meaning effort by US President to ensure Israel can have a say in how sovereign Gaza is formed, managed, secured, run, financed, and best way forward for the population to be enslaved.

UN it is your moral, legal and historical duty to ensure Sovereignty of Palestine is not taken for a ride by the West, Israel and probably certain neighbours in the region who are more accommodating to Israel because of their trade links or dependence.

Act it’s your moral and legal duty.  Why?

1. Whether UN approved establishment of Israel state or not, whether your attempts to hold US President accountable, for assuming his Presidential orders can spill over to global governance with right to invade the sovereignty of another nation as per his whim and fancy, were sidelined by US; you have entertained Israel’s impunity on UN floor when the Prime Minister of Israel mocked Rule of law, declared with pride Israel’s war crimes it carried out not just in Palestine but in many countries in the region, you never used your capacity to show red line to US when it used logical fallacies through the years to portray Israel as a democratic nation fighting for its survival from might of Palestine while Israel occupied a part of Palestine and other part it held under siege.

UN, if you do not act now when will you act, will it be after Palestine has been sold out to best bidder and the most resilient human beings are made slaves through diplomacy and threat. That would be unpardonable to the Universe, I would say if that is the state of affairs then there is no need for this planet  as it cannot treasure its most resilient population.

People, who stood for their rights as they satisfied the sadistic pleasure of Israeli forces that chalked out mirage of safe zone and places, all the while Palestinian’s knew Israeli are planning for their selective end by missiles, bombs, sniper shots, being run over, buried alive, raped, abused and tormented. What the Palestinians did not know is that selective end also has an agenda, specific random target with diverse weapons gave research scope for selecting and finalizing the apt weapons to be used for diverse purposes. Palestinians do not know as they run and make choice that could lead to their death or life, they are offering rich raw data which can be later used for simulation when different nation customers that seek Israeli products be it software or hardware, besides the raw data along with AI can be used for many other lucrative businesses.

2. UN doesn’t your United Nations Charter Preamble state “… to affirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of human person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small,…

UN, Palestine may not be a full member, which should have been its without even asking. Yet the US diplomacy which is far more an art of using Logical fallacies has done everything to ensure Statehood of Palestine is seen as a threat for Israel and most of the developed countries lap it as the undisputable truth. While the reality is that US sees Israel not just for religious significance but an important active partner that has an unhindered live ground to test its military products. Can you imagine the expenditure the companies would incur to live test and finalize many of their military equipment. Doubt my words go through military review of innovations of military products be it jets, quadcopters or drones all have been tested and used for finalization in the region, especially Gaza.

Take the case of dropping bombs through drones and quadcopters, these acts are not easy given the weight of payload, the need for balance to manoeuvre from a distance, with human in the loop till finalisation; the AI and other equipment used are very sensitive, and so the targeted shooting of children as they lie still after bomb blast or missile attack has a detached research purpose and with tremendous business value. The same goes for using continuous quadcopter sound as a psychological weapon.

UN, stop the myth of Israel’s vulnerability and its need for excessive security; West especially US is using Israeli’s past of being victim of genocide as a cover to ensure impunity for Israeli action at any cost, that is the reason most Western countries have been immune to their people’s call for justice to Palestinians, but does being a victim give the licence to Israel to do live role play, without accountability, of their dehumanizing tormentor Hitler and his support infrastructure.

UN, please stand up for Gaza, your preamble it states “in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small…  Besides, Article 2, states under Principles, “2. The Organization is based on the Principle of the Sovereign equality of all its Members. Further it states under Principle 3 that its members are expected to adhere to Charter and ensure they “…shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purpose of the UN.

UN, if you consider you can not assert enough because Palestine’s Statehood is still in the process of getting votes, then isn’t Israel an UN member as per the Charter doesn’t Israel have certain responsibilities as to how it deals with its neighbours. If ICJ has already indicated plausible genocide being carried out by Israel then why is Israel not being held accountable. In case it refuses shouldn’t its membership be cancelled as it is carrying out a genocide in total impunity.

3. Justice delayed is Justice denied!

If UN cannot put an end to the smooth recolonization of Palestine under the guidance of US President who has a Penchant for seeing business even in most dehumanizing circumstances and is blind to rule of law, then please don’t complaint about non-state actors acts for justice in way that is viable and accessible for them. Under such circumstance there will never be peace!

I am tired of watching this slaughter and etiquette of silence maintained in name of antisemitism, please don’t push people so far that they consider concept of antisemitism the greatest of all violence in present times for it sanctions and nurtures violence as per Israeli Jew perspective.

If UN is silent now, there will be many models developed by US, Israel and military companies along with AI for diverse goals: for surveillance under different context; for pre-emptive terror control war models; for monitoring susceptibility to crime among vulnerable in areas where rule of law does not exist and ordinary people are tormented as they just survive.

Please act now for Global Peace, Palestine is not a test case only for military equipment, it is also test case for war strategies, for governance through tech-based power and silencing of the masses.

UN, if you believe in rights of the vulnerable, act now!
