US President’s Coup to avoid sanctions on Israel- the Trump’s Gaza Plan! Gifts the Genocidaire and enslaves victims of Genocide forever.

US President’s  America plan is an insult to international diplomacy that adheres to justice, critical thinking and the universality of sovereign rights. But then US democracy is being taken for a ride within the United States so to expect anything from US President that will have modicum of decency when addressing sovereign rights of Palestine which has struggled for its statehood, would be wishful thinking.

The decades of punishment imposed by US and EU countries on Palestinians have been because Palestine dared to protest against its land being stolen, its population driven out to live on streets in neighbouring countries and it asserted it has rights over its land and it belonged to its people-Palestinians.

After decades of resisting the criminal occupation of Palestine and total enslavement of Palestinians in Gaza, the US President wants to ensure Palestine is imprisoned by Israel into perpetuity. What gives the President of United State the right to state Palestine has to be demilitarised, if a country has no rights over its own security and its governance, how is it free. Palestinians are supposed to depend on neighbours who have trade agreements with Israel and so Israel will be ruling the Trump’s Rivera in Proxy. Great!

There is central problem with all narratives that emerges from US and Israel be it at UN, through media or the great posts US President loves to make on a regular basis. International Relations may have evolved through the decades, in depth, diversity and dynamics but what is clearly evident in case of Palestine and Israel, diplomacy is governed by Logical Fallacies, used in a clever manner to stunt critical thinking and ensure the subtle facts are ignored and with time forgotten.

White Supremacy and Jewish Genocidal Privilege has to end here now, in the name of humanity or the region will never know peace. The world people are not fools, if they have been doing everything to hold their leaders accountable about Palestine and Palestinians.

Let’s see how US diplomacy uses logical fallacies in style to make fools of the entire world and pamper Israel, and put it on a pedestal for agreeing to consider stopping a genocide.

Trump’s 21 point Gaza Plan (now turned 20 points):

1. Gaza will be a de-radicalized, terror-fee zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbours.

This consists of both informal and formal fallacies. This is an attempt to tune human mind to a specific framework, where Israel’s Genocide is not even in the picture.

The above statement is an informal fallacy, because it asserts without stating so Gaza is the problem in the region and it is a terror zone that poses threat to its neighbours. This is blatant lie by US President and his agencies, the above statement is based on false premises.

Palestinian resistance group have attacked Israel to assert their right for sovereignty and independence; from year 1948 to present number of Israelis killed is around 10,000 and that of Palestinians killed around 110,887.  In case of Palestinian displaced it is 700,000 at the beginning and 413,000 in Six Day War. The maximum number of Israelis who have been displaced is 8,373.

Even in the matter of recent deaths, 1417 Palestinians killed in 2009, 2310 Palestinians killed in 2014, no indication of Israelis killed. In 2021, 285 Palestinians and 17 Israelis were killed.

How is that the so-called radicalized Terror zone Gaza has been slaughtered even before 2023 and Israel the great victim has hardly any deaths. Or is that international experts accept the deranged and manipulative wording that assert a lie made by US Experts, US President and Israel. This is like slaughtering the Palestinians who escape Israel’s Genocide with eternal slavery to Israel, directly or indirectly.

The statement above indicates a formal fallacy as there is error in the logical structure of the argument based on which the above conclusion has been reached. The Gaza Plan is supposed to address the Genocide in Gaza is not to be based on the assumption that Gaza is a threat to Israel and Israel needs the world to protect it from the terror zone know as Gaza.

US and International Experts by accepting the above statement you have been beaten Hitler hands down in terms how far into darkness human kind can fall.

2. Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of its people.

Here there is Red Herring Fallacy, as there is an attempt to mislead, distract the audience by making false claims and avoiding difficult reality.

Gaza is not in need of redevelopment, for redevelopment means process of renovating, rebuilding, or transforming existing structure. Gaza has faced domicide, that is systematic and widespread destruction of all infrastructure and what remains in large part is rubbles.

Here the question is about construction of Gaza in line with earlier cultural identities that existed and which is the right of Palestinians, for no one would have fought for their sovereignty as much as Palestinians. The symbols of freedom struggle which part of live history of resilient Palestinians can not be trashed to please Israel and US.

Israel should pay for the destruction it carried out; it can’t be that Israel sits pretty after a Genocide and profits from it construction.

3. If Israel and Hamas agree to the proposal, the war will immediately end, with IDF halting all operations and gradually withdrawing from the strip.

This another clear case of Red Herring Fallacy along with appeal to emotion fallacy. Here there is an attempt to mislead and distract the audience, the issue here is not a war between two states Israel and Palestine or a so-called conflict between Israel and Palestinian Resistance Group Hamas, the real issue here is the Genocide of Israel and its continued war crimes on Gaza and other parts of Palestine.

Appeal to emotional fallacy is the indirect threat, if Hamas agrees than the war (genocide) will immediately end. The Red Herring Fallacy is that it assumes there is a rational and logical scope for conditional action in a Genocide. What does it mean when one says that Israel will halt its operations and gradually withdraw from the strip. There is no war operation happening in Gaza, there is bombing and attacks being carried out by jets, drone and quadcopters

Will gradually withdraw from the strip, this is an open-ended statement, there is no time line. Actually, Israeli forces should leave Gaza immediately. Genocide does not have the luxury of gradual cessation.

4. Within 48 hours of Israel publicly accepting the deal, all living and deceased hostages will be returned.

5. Once the hostages are returned, Israel will free several hundred Palestinian security Prisoners serving life sentences and over 1,000 Gazans arrested since the start of war, along with the bodies of several hundred Palestinians.

Both 4 and 5 focus on same issues, but the wording is very different. The genocidaire Israel seems to be the victim who has hostages taken at the same time victims of genocide are labelled as the criminal Palestinians who have been sentenced for life and 1,000 Gazans arrested since start of war, will be freed. No mention of ordinary people, professionals, doctors, health workers taken as hostage and abused. No mention of children taken without be charge a practice that existed before 2023. The entire text and purpose of Trump’s 21 points Plan is to assert how just and democratic Israel has been and is, as it carries of genocide at the same time presenting Palestinians as a security risk to Israel.

The entire Plan is filled with logical fallacies with one clear cut agenda to state Israel is a democratic nation carrying war operations and not genocide. This is natural that a President of US who has been screaming to Israel “Finish the Job, in Gaza”, would love to redefine what is a genocide or war crimes as he is publicly asserting, his right to be a Nobel Laurette.

What the plan does not speak about is the rights and aspiration of Palestinians. They are highly resilient, if they know how to live beyond a genocide then they certainly know how to govern their country, including how to address their economic plan.

Am going to the point no:14, for which the US President and his experts should apologize, for it takes the entire issue of Israel and Palestine upside down and portrays the criminal occupier for decades and the current Genocidal state as the victim and Hamas the criminal that is creating conflict in the region.

14. A security guarantee would be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas and other Gaza factions comply with their obligations and that Gaza ceases to pose a threat to Israel or its own People.

The above statement is Red Herring and contains both appeal to emotion fallacy and informal fallacy.

Here it is like Hitler asking for protection from Jews, it is in the same manner the victims of Israel’s Genocide is now a greatest threat to Israel and others have to guarantee for Israel’s security and not that of Palestinians whom Israel is killing like flies.

20. This well worded point only seeks one thing, delay statehood of Palestine, so that they can not assert their right as a state or hold Israel accountable as a state within UN or outside.

No once, there is a mention about atrocities carried out by Israel, this is an insult to rule of law and Humanity. There is no clear cut mention that even if there is an economic Zone, Israel cannot invest there, for Palestinians need to be careful about Israel a thorough long-term player.

The change in bullet points 21 to 20 in Gaza Plan happened because Netanyahu apologised for bombing Qatar, but since when has an apology been sufficient for committing mass murder and bombing. Another example of Jewish Privilege?

Sanction Israel for peace in the region.

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there. For which he is bidding with nations in the middle east, almost creating a new form of slave trade.  The President of US standa accused of:  a) Clearly expressed Genocidal intent, expressed to entire world totally in free will, standing in a position of power as the greatest spender on Military industry.  2. As specified in Article two of genocide convention he state he wants to destroy an entire nation by erasing its existence and using organised crime methods for the same.  3.Totally against the UN charter Article 2 (4) for it "prohibits use of force (which could be physical and psychological) and calls on all Members to respect the Sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of other states.  4. Living in the Margins

Molly Charles (1) Margin, a term familiar from tender age; notebooks with clear cut margins to delineate the main body of text, define it. The margins give it definite shape, a practice that continues into the virtual world. Among humans, it is these margins that give identity to the large majority we term normal. The often, porous boundaries offer a chance for individuals to slip through and slip back into either ‘normal’ or ‘marginal’ spaces. The decision to identify with marginal groups or positions can be a conscious one as with (gender identity, drug use), enforced as in (mental health, racial and caste based discrimination) and accidental for (drug use, stigmatized diseases). In certain instances, as with mental health, some individuals may find their being part of marginal groups a permanent reality, in most other instances individuals do move in and out of marginal groups, as a survival strategy to deal with marginalization. Even when physical spaces merge, with an emph...
