Besides, the President of United
States is also committing fraud, when making false statements in order to gain
access to the natural resources of Greenland, Canada and even Palestine. The
President while ignoring the statements made by the Governments and other Leaders/Public
in Greenland, Canada and Palestine is not only trying to bribe the public he is
also making hidden threats about adverse action in case he is unable to achieve
his criminal goal. The President of United States is so confident about the
power of US Oval Office to break any law with impunity that he makes these
threats and manipulative statements to the press and through his tweets or post
on social media.
Greenland is an autonomous territory of the Kingdom of Denmark, the other two constituents bein Denmark and Faroe Islands. Greenland has been under autonomy and self-rule from 2009. The country is heavily reliant on aid from Denmark that makes up a significant portion of its public revenue. Greenland has never been in any war after World War II, has never faced any threats to its sovereignty until recently from US President Donald Trump. As per the Defense Agreement 1951 between Denmark and US, it allows US to keep its military bases and allows free movement between these bases or defense areas but it does not allow the US to infringe on Danish Sovereignty in Greenland.
US with 968 billion dollar military industry (with second highest global spender China with 235 billion military industry) is literally threating Greenland and Canada to give up their sovereignty and be part of US. The President of US keeps talking about how both will not be able to protect themselves without US help, which is a lie for there is no one threatening them. What the US President is doing is not an attention seeking statement for Canada is now into spending 1.3 billion dollars over the course of six years to strengthen border security. In Greenland people were out on the streets protesting against US President Donald Trump and even found the visit by Second Lady Usha Vance and later by Vice President Mr. JD Vance too disturbing.
Under US law, specifically under 18 U.S.C 871 threatening US President and even threating other government officials is a felony under Class C and D (18 U.S.C 875 (d) and 876 (d)) and punishable with imprisonment for up to 5 years or more.
How then is it not a felony to threaten countries as Greenland, Canada and its Political leaders? Or threaten the Palestinian population as they are going through a Genocide carried out by Israel.
By creating uncertainties, US President is threating these nations and impeding government officials and leaders from carrying out their official work.
How is it not a
felony for US President to threaten Palestinians who have been bombed by US
gifted missiles and bombs, implying they would be ethnically cleansed from
Gaza.
Besides, as per the US
Constitution, it is against the Constitution to carryout offences under the Law
of Nations. Law of Nations states 1) No attack on foreign nations…and specifically (2)
honouring of the flag of truce, peace treatises and boundary treatises. No
entry across national borders without permission of national authority.
Isn’t it fair to conclude that the President of the United States is sitting in the Oval Office and carrying out felonies and repeating the them over and over again, repetition of a crime like Driving Under Influence (DUI) and Driving while intoxicated (DWI) can turn into a felony under US law. Here the threat of Presidents behavior is far beyond threat caused by DUI and DWI. This begs the question-
Why is the law silent?
