The US Ambassador's statement at the UN Security Council, is unacceptable for what it says and doesn’t say!

American government is at it again giving time for Israel to carry on with the genocide, and domicide which at present turns rubble into dust or paves pathways for land grab, both ensure the destruction of evidence of genocide and cultural/sovereign identities of Palestinians. All the while the American Government says its heart beats for Palestinians but that’s only in words, all the action is meant for Israel’s security, the tech-military brother in arms which provides raw data from Gaza and other places in the Middle East to fine tune military innovation products to make America great. For military industrial products there is no better opportunity for demand scaling up, than a war or even a genocide.

The US Ambassador is correct about textual matter during discussions at UN, the content of the text is pertinent especially about what is present and is absent from the text. When any representative from US speaks at the UN, irrespective of the political party in power at US, what they say include:

a)      The right for Israel to carry on with war crimes and even genocide as a Security measure

b)     America will do everything in its power to assert Israel’s universal right to impunity from any war crime or genocide.

c)      America calls upon or orders the victims of Israel’s Genocide, to surrender. It is the first time in history the victims of genocide are asked to surrender to the perpetrator. When Hamas, the armed resistance group from Palestine lay its arms down, who will protect Palestinians from being raped, tortured, burnt alive? Would you be taking that responsibility Madam Dorothy Shea, for you speak with such great moral authority on behalf of Israel’s right to carry out war crimes and genocide?

US Ambassador Dorothy Shea it may be useful remember as you bat for Israel that has committed domicide, and that under US Code it is an act of terror to destroy any government/ public structure and it can include even documents. When America talks tirelessly about of terror and laws on it, is it meant only for other countries not for US and its allies?

d)     I agree with you totally, US Ambassador Dorothy Shea it is utterly wrong to draw equivalence between Hamas and Israel, Hamas is such a smally fry, it did not manage to carry  out war crimes to the scale of Israel, it just did a small stint for a few hours, Israel’s genocide has continued beyond 600 days, and still has the support of the self-proclaimed greatest democracy, US. Yes, US Ambassador, Hamas a lot to learn from Israel.

Hamas has not managed to bury people alive, threaten them that they will being driven over by bulldozers or carried that out as Israel has. Yes, US Ambassador Dorothy Shea, Hamas has a lot to learn they are naĂŻve and need to sharpen their skills to be acknowledged as worthy of support from the US.

Hamas did not rape and sodomise with objects to the extent the person had to be hospitalized and because of the huge global protest, the Israel had to arrest or detain the culprits but only to let them free as Israelis stormed the military complex and demanded the soldiers be set free as they saw nothing wrong in Palestinians being raped or killed. Yes, US Ambassador Hamas has a lot to learn, to be dehumanizingly violent and yet have the support of the masses and to be even then be acknowledged as a democracy by US. Such privileges, US Ambassador can it be acquired or has one to be born into it?

e)     Hamas has to learn how to maintain a public image, Israel blocks aid for moths, over 3000 trucks of aid are blocked and no power in the world is questioning or stopping that, though all nations have domestic norms that consider such move illegal there is only silence for Israel’s actions only to be broken by empty words with no action. Israel after blocking aid for months now has been made a part of humanitarian action in Gaza. At least Hitler was not so diabolic as US and Israel are! Yes, Hamas has a lot to learn, probably retrospectively even Hitler, too.

f)       US Ambassador Dorothy Shea, you claim that UN food distribution was faulty and that all aid was being stolen by Hamas and as a result Palestinians did not get adequate food or water. In 2023 as per data available daily around 350 trucks were entering Gaza as against 500 trucks prior to Oct 2023. If you are stating large portion of these trucks were stolen by Hamas, you mean they were using the aid for themselves. Aid meant for over 2 million people were being used by 35,000 (US figures) armed Hamas members. It means the entire tunnels must be filled with rotten food, then the Israel dogs meant for screening would have easily found it, wouldn’t they.

In 2023, most of the shops were bombed and most people were following the musical chair game set in place by Israel so selling it in the market was not an option for Hamas. US Ambassador, when you accuse someone, please have some logic and make the case airtight.

g)      US Ambassador, Dorothy Shea, you state UN should support Gaza Humanitarian Foundation set up by US and Israel the genocider. Thanks for acknowledging US is complicit with Israel in carrying out war crimes in Gaza. You state, GHF will carryout humanitarian aid based on humanitarian principles of Humanity, Neutrality, Impartiality, and Independence. I am curious how does screening through bio metrics go along with principles of Humanity, Neutrality and Impartiality. Madam has US President redefined these terms like he has renamed Gulf of Mexico?

Another aspect which US President and you are ignoring is that structural limitation cannot be addressed by changing the head of the GHF.  Structural limitation demands additional resources and structural changes. For example, to distribute aid to 2 million through four sites and through four lanes is impossible, not to forget the aid you distribute to them is also that which at present in US is considered to be unhealthy for Americans, that is processed food. Of course, beggars can’t be choosers, but Palestinians have the right to receive the aid as they are being illegally and criminally occupied by Israel and the aid provided to Palestinians by UN have ben criminally blocked by Israel. Being humane calls for something beyond words. The food US provides is per US ethics, so let’s leave it at that.

To provide one meal for 2 million people at four sites, using four lanes is a miracle even an evangelic Christian boss won’t be able to perform, this is fact don’t read religious bias into it, for I am a Catholic and believe in truth. For example, suppose one takes a family as unit of 5 then one is speaking of 400,000 families and consider it divided into four sites, that would mean 100,000 per site. If one were to consider distribution through four lanes, then each lane would roughly have 25,000. If one were to consider the use biometric, it would at least take a minute (minimum) per person, that would been it would take 416 hours or 17.5 days with 24x7 distribution.

So, each person in Gaza (each family) would receive a meal or two in every two and half weeks. Under which US standards is it humane to provide a meal or two in every two and a half weeks. Has the US President created new standards for humanitarian aid distribution, please do enlighten us.

 And what it doesn’t say:

 a)      That Israel is an occupying power, an occupying power with over 46 billion USD expenditure on military industry annually, it has the finest military industrial products, human resource and best tech industry with such power can it claim to be a victim that is terrorised by the presence of armed resistance group, terrorised enough to want a genocide and consider it the only option.

If United States still considers Israel’s claims about security concerns is legitimate then that is fundamentally a bad publicity, wonder why any Member State would want to spend million or billions of USD to acquire products from US or Israel only to continue to live in perpetual fear of any armed resistance group.

b)     America often insists on security of Israel which is occupying a part of Palestine and holding another part Gaza under siege for years or decades. America, what about security of Palestinians from Israel and the sovereignty of their nation Palestine? Under which legislation in United States or under which international law is Occupation of another nation legal?  or holding a population from another country under siege, democratic? This has been the reality prior to 7th Oct 2023.

c)      The US representatives to UN often state, Hamas is responsible for the events that follow 7th 2023, but what about even prior to October 2023, the terror attack on 7th October 2023 did not happen in a vacuum, it has decades of onslaught history to it.

d)     When western countries keep on stating it is 7th October that led to the aggressive onslaught on Gaza and subsequent war crimes and genocide, what are they justifying when refusing to question or take action against a genocide. Are these countries and their western media stating genocide is the natural and legal response to a terror attack? Are they indicating to others in the world that one of the responses to any terror attack would be a genocide. Is that the new trend?

e)     US Ambassador, Dorothy Shea had issues with regard to speed in which the UN forum on Ceasefire was held, seriously Madam Ambassador you represent the country that made pre-emptive strike to address terrorism the trend setter, protest against it had limited impact. How come US was so threatened by Iraq many miles away and under the assumption Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, Iraq was destroyed. After decades, the world is still waiting for evidence of this so-called weapons of mass destruction, and US continues its pre-emptive strikes on other countries. US Ambassador, yet you ask what is the hurry to intervene with regard to Palestine, which is being bombed, snipper shot at and bulldozed on a daily basis. That’s not very humane, is it US Ambassador? To make the urgency more real on 6th June, 2025, Israel bombed the family home of a Journalist at Jabalia, Gaza, and killed 48 members of his family at one single go. The entire place was flattened out, the journalist can be heard screaming for his family members response, only in the end to ask “Anybody answer me?”

Yes, US Ambassador Dorothy Shea, can you Please answer him?

May Truth and Justice Prevail.

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there. For which he is bidding with nations in the middle east, almost creating a new form of slave trade.  The President of US standa accused of:  a) Clearly expressed Genocidal intent, expressed to entire world totally in free will, standing in a position of power as the greatest spender on Military industry.  2. As specified in Article two of genocide convention he state he wants to destroy an entire nation by erasing its existence and using organised crime methods for the same.  3.Totally against the UN charter Article 2 (4) for it "prohibits use of force (which could be physical and psychological) and calls on all Members to respect the Sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of other states.  4. Living in the Margins

Molly Charles (1) Margin, a term familiar from tender age; notebooks with clear cut margins to delineate the main body of text, define it. The margins give it definite shape, a practice that continues into the virtual world. Among humans, it is these margins that give identity to the large majority we term normal. The often, porous boundaries offer a chance for individuals to slip through and slip back into either ‘normal’ or ‘marginal’ spaces. The decision to identify with marginal groups or positions can be a conscious one as with (gender identity, drug use), enforced as in (mental health, racial and caste based discrimination) and accidental for (drug use, stigmatized diseases). In certain instances, as with mental health, some individuals may find their being part of marginal groups a permanent reality, in most other instances individuals do move in and out of marginal groups, as a survival strategy to deal with marginalization. Even when physical spaces merge, with an emph...
