Penguins are Surprised at American Tariff, President Donald Trump did AI Economist and Tech Based Governance, backfire?

Am not an economist but the Trade Barrier Report with details on discrepancies beyond trade deficit and tariff on Antarctica indicate something amiss, this along with minute details seem to indicate the master of accuracy and speed – "AI" may be the expert behind the report.

Why?

Because the great AI:

1) Refuses to or finds it difficult to consider context with regard to trade deficit and tends to stick to the simple logic of whether a= b,

2. It may be literally impossible for United States to have no trade deficit with all countries across the globe,

3. Given the economic and development disparity across countries and the global interconnectedness, it is only machine intelligence that will highlight all form of barriers and then insist that no trade deficit with all countries is the way forward,

4. AI refuses to consider or ignores many exports to developing countries may be part of aid and reciprocity to same degree with regard to trade by the aid recipient would be illogical.

President of US, Donald Trump and Mr. Elon Musk, billionaire, AI/Tech Expert, please do consider a simple reality AI may be useful in accuracy, speed and scale but not so when critical thinking, innovation outside the given frame, and policy planning is needed especially when dealing with complex reality that is dynamic as well.
