Europe your Legal system is a Lie, meant to abuse those whom you consider different! US seem to have gone Rogue, so best ignored!
Europe you assert human rights across your nations and use dual system to ensure the same. You have taken strong actions against countries that you affirm are violating human rights, including ensuring sanctions for years or decades sufficient to destroy their economy and ensure their development index take a beating. Both EU and US have been always asserting the need to adhere to international law and human rights, but that does not prevent them from being complicit to genocide carried out by Israel, now it’s being played out differently under the so called myth of Gaza Peace Plan a illusion created by US President who has scant respect for law, the same stated by his free throw of bombs in international spaces and indiscriminate violation of migrants including citizens in his own country, thus showing the world he has an inalienable right to go Rogue as a President and as a Nation.
But EU you keep asserting how you
stand for human rights and in fact, you assert specifically through EU Charter
of Fundamental Rights; Dignity, Freedoms, Equality, Solidarity, Citizens
Rights, and Justice. You even go further to indicate Dignity include right to
life, prohibition of torture, slavery, and forced labour. With regard to
Equality your focus is non-discrimination, rights of children, workers and
social protection. Under Justice the issues covered include, right to an
effective remedy, fair trail and presumption of innocence [1].
After your experience with Hitler
and his Holocaust, you claim your European Consciousness has changed to address
darkness that can exist within human mind and you put in legal provision to
protect Jewish people from discrimination, hate crimes. Further you mandated
Member States to criminalize public incitement to violence or hatred and
specifically to address denial and trivialization of Holocaust. All these
measures are humane and relevant to any society focusing of peace and humane
existence.
Oh, Great Europe nowhere do I
see Carte Blanche given to Israel or Israeli Jews to redefine Justice, Human
rights, Human Dignity, Freedom, Equality or specifically sanctioning torture on
whom Israeli Jews consider to be different.
Yet, your silence and
normalised relationship with Israel indicate the complicity.
There is no need to go into
the gruesome acts of Israel, may be your sensitive soul may be shutting out
images of torture, sniper shots of children or the incineration of Palestinians
with less regard than given to Israeli action than disposal of waste in
European countries. No, let us give concession to European sensitive soul and
look at less jarring violations but still lethal, only slow spaced.
Europe, remember you have
extensive psychotherapeutic intervention for even a one single instance of
severe trauma, yet the Palestinian who are faced daily trauma of diverse types
dished out by Israel as and when it pleases, have to fight with all their might
for dignity of survival and ensure their children don’t see winter as another
slow torture. Europe you are complicit with Israel through your silence, why is
that sensitive European soul can even hear the silent tears of Israelis’ but
are deaf to the eternal scream from Palestine as it witnesses the massacre of
its citizens in diverse by Israel with support of others, including you. Why
are you immune to Palestinian Scream that fills our conscious as a static
reality, an image of which is found in Europe, if you have forgotten I am

The Scream
Case A
Israel has shown that humanity is
not one of their strong points and certainly it is absent when it concerns
Palestine. But, is European Consciousness defined by Israel or by the
journey of evolution of mind and humanity as defined by European reality. It is
time for Europe to decide and take a stand, for otherwise silence of European
Union indicates that it stands with darkness that Israel is asserting as way of
dealing with Palestinians and most of Israel’s neighbours.
At present Gaza is facing the
harshness of nature, with only their tents for shelter on sea shore, water has become
their floor and fight for solid footing a daily struggle. The aid agencies and
the Palestinian Authority are requesting Israel to led aid in so that 300,000
families can have a fighting chance with better housing to beat the harsh
winter and threatening storm.
Nature or rain is not the culprit
for at another spot in Gaza, a small boy is collecting water and he thanks God
for getting fresh clean water to drink after a long time. Here too, Israel can
easily solve the issue it has to let aid trucks that are outside its borders,
waiting and sharpening their art of patience. This restriction on aid is not an
issue of screening for security reasons; it is just pure calculated slow acting
genocide in play. Don’t be surprised if Tech industry is also documenting
behaviour of people cornered from all sides and studying its impact.
If you, still doubt my words,
lets look at data on water sources in Palestine and extent of damage
deliberately inflicted on water resource by Israel. Water has been weaponised
by Israel, this should not come as a surprise, for way before 2023, Israel has
been studying how to restrict water and aid to Gaza, in fact they have
meticulously studied how to ensure to give bare minimum aid and water.
Destruction of water sources was not rare and it was used as a method of power
assertion. Hence, after 2023 Israel weaponized water to the maximum.
After 2023 extreme weaponization
of water by Israel was studied by Oxfam International, in July 2024, Oxfam
indicated water supply plummeted by 94%, this made possible as Israel damaged
or destroyed five water and sanitation sites every three days, since 7th
October 2023 [2]. Water resources damaged and destroyed by Israel include destruction
of Water Pipelines and Wells, two of the three main pipelines that supply water
was destroyed; half of Gaza’s desalination plants were destroyed and what
remains function at restricted capacity given shortage of fuel ensured by
Israel; waster water treatment facilities have been damaged, all five of them
have been shut due to damage and lack of fuel and 70% of sewage pumps have been
destroyed, resulting in untreated sewage contaminating aquifer and surrounding
areas; and Maintenance Facilities being damaged, a key maintenance warehouse
used by Gaza’s water authority and UNICEF became dysfunction after Israeli
air-strike thereby hindering repair works for the entire area [3]
Case B
This case does highlight how you
have not thought through your response to your allies going Rogue or Germany’s
Raison Detre being Kaput! How else can you explain your silence and when you
are vocal, you refuse to state who the culprits are be it US or Israel with
regard to sanctions and discriminating or ensuring defamation and mental
torture of ICC and UN staff. Strangely
the two countries are using the same strategy of criminalising by familial
association to ensure collective punishment [4] and yet the great moral and
assertive entity European Union feels shy to stand up for Justice, when
ordinary people even those in their seventies and eighties are standing up for
justice and being threatened by Western countries with arrest and often
carrying out the same. What is the use of NATO having all the military when it
does not have the courage of fragile senior people who even when manhandled by
law enforcement still come back to assert for Justice.
Security does not come when
gun roar loud but does when people stand tall.
Case C
This is a clear illustration of
how EU and US have hardened the sense of impunity Israel enjoys even when it
carries of acts against humanity, war crimes and even genocide. Israel after
destroying Gaza into rubble, bull dozing many structures in the West Bank,
killing at will impartially across age groups, restricting food and medicine,
all these acts did not appease the Israeli hunger to decimate Palestinian
people so now it asking Palestinian authority to pay $12 million USD for
disposing waste as the waste dump area fall under Palestinian territory and
where Israel has been freely dumping waste that Israel collects from different
parts [5].
The sense of impunity and
arrogance of a genocidal state Israel, filled with people who supposedly were victims
of Genocide who collected blood money from Germany for their trauma and ensured
billons were given to it by US and others to ensure its security. Now without a
blink thinks Palestine has to pay it $12 million for waste management.
Nobody is calculating the
environmental damage Israel has inflicted on Gaza and quantifying what is
possible and then demanding Israel pays for the structural and functional
damage. Bombing has not stopped, Israel has kept Palestinian authority on its
toes by ensuring bombs, missiles and sniper shots all are intermittent reality
for the myth called Gaza Peace Plan. Bombing data if taken retrospectively
using social media and news reports would make an interesting quantitative
assessment of the frequency of bombing through the years and an indicator of
probable chemical used and their pay load. This information will give
indication of the pollution Israel has ensured Palestinian lived and lives
through.
Israel used advanced
precision-guided bombs, missiles and artillery, often launched from advanced
fighter jets and helicopter. Bombs used by Israel were largely general-purpose
bombs of Mark 80 series, which they converted into precision guided munition using
JDAM (Joint Direct Attack Munition) guidance kits. Other notable bombs include
the GBU-39 Small Diameter Bomb (SDB), a 250lb glide bomb designed for precision
strikes and GBU-28 “bunker busters” for penetrating hardened structures [6].
Missiles used include
air-to-surface missiles like US made AGM-114 Hellfire and AGM-65 Maverick,
often used on Apache helicopters and drones. Domestically produced missiles
include the Spike anti-tank missile (known as Tammuz) and various air-to-ground
cruise missiles like the Delilah.
Details on above information will
provide data on waste management needed and resources for the same, latter should
legally come from Israel and US which has the major supporter for Israel
militarily. Instead of Palestine being facilitated to carry out these just
measures and seek accountability from Israel, the so-called western democracies
think it is Just to be silent when Israel makes a mockery of justice and asks
Palestine to pay $12million USD for waste management.
Doesn’t it mean Israel thinks
it can charge Palestinians for the Genocide that Israel carried out, stating
it’s a paid Genocide. How demented must be the Israeli mind be to think through
and put up this monetary demand.
Case D
The case D is a clear
illustration that a demilitarised Palestine will be a free arena for Israel to
practice is war crimes. Western media has been very staunch supporter of Israel,
including to giving a reality image to the myth that Hamas uses Palestinians as
a shield when fighting with Israel.
Israeli soldiers stormed Nur
Shams refugee camp in Tulkarem, Palestine, forced family out of a family from
their home and then grabbed 10 years old Malak to be taken away from her
parents in order to be a human shield as
Israeli soldier searched for Palestinian fighters. The child states “they put
me in front of them so that when anyone shoots bullets will hit me instead of
them”. Malak did not drink, eat or sleep for days after the ordeal. She jumps
when she hears loud sound or fierce dogs, as the latter was used by Israeli
soldiers during the raid [7].
Europe how can you continue to be silent, for you are morally and legally responsible for creation of Israel and facilitating its impunity.
