The definition of a terrorist
often takes on shades of those groups to which the term is applied and this
ensures there in no complete consensus as to Who is a terrorist? But there is
clarity on certain aspects, the rationale for the terror act, methods used and
power structure enjoyed by the terrorist group. Till recently designation “terrorist
group” was generally given to groups functioning outside existing systems of
governance and using excessive lethal force as viable for them or using
threat of the same to achieve their goals.
It largely tended to be groups from countries outside the West, for they
felt throttled by existing mechanism of governance, be it unanswered questions
for right to homeland, or being second class citizens in their own land or
being denied the basic access such as right to land or hunger free existence.
Now, this has changed, thanks to
President Trump’s the most brutal terror acts on defenceless fishermen out at
sea or even on international waters are carried out from the Oval office as per
the wishes of the US President or his administration with no legal
accountability called on for by the UN, UNSC or UN Human Rights.
That is the power of American
democracy with a foundation of 900 billion USD that is set to be growing, a
model with expensive war equipment that have proved their limitation and
vulnerability. But the American show keeps on rolling.

from Oval Office, it is real not just realistic, its brutal, it’s a direct
power play between the President of United States and the fisherfolks on small
boats, the President of US, with a birds eye view from thousands of miles away
with his sharp eyes decides a small boat miles away is leaving Latin American shore
with tons of drugs meant for the United States. Not, under my watch, said the
Great President Trump as he orders the fishermen on boat be dealt with bombs on
deck and his insightful, aware, long-term player, Pete Hegseth ensured that his
President’s wish was his command and he ensured two strike to let all
fisherfolk welcome their last sleep.
This was not a one-time incident,
it is a regular show, and the Mr. President is contemplating whether it would
be legally acceptable to sell ring side seats for the show as he hopes to raise
additional fund for his pet cultural masterpiece at the White House, the
Ballroom. He is thinks of giving gift pass for doubting souls from SCOTUS and
US Congress for their timely and relevant silence as he dances through the ball
room with US Constitution, teaching it the first steps of manoeuvring tight
spots with ease and sleight of hand so fine, worthy of making all blindsided.

Latin America and South America while on their fishing boats in international
waters, the US President is set to reach his first (hopefully) double century
of bombing people on fishing boats while they are on international waters or on
waters close to their home country. Recently when describing his adventure to
the media, he was very gleeful and said “Now hardly any boats on international
waters”, that was the first- the most joyful expression that one can see when someone
owns up for mass murder of fisherfolk, who left their home with hope for a good
catch, instead they were the catch of the US President.

Welcome Ecuadorian Fishermen to Mr. President Trump and Pete Hegseth’s reality, where due process under law is too expensive for American Democracy and that current approach has been sanctioned by SCOTUS and US Congress through their silence. The Batman Series from Oval office began on 2nd Sept 2025, when 11 fishermen were eliminated, on 15th Sept 3 fishermen were bombed, 19th September 3 more fishermen bit the dust; the mass murder series continued on a regular basis, all questioned were silence by the well thought through analysis by the US President.
A few days ago, speed was not on
US President Action team side, they did bomb 36 Ecuadorian Fishermen on fishing
boats, but the fishermen survived later their ship exploded and what remained
was set on fire by US agents. Then US military took the fishermen to El
Salvador for detention. The survivor alleged after being bombed they were
abducted and mistreated by US soldiers. One of the survivors said they were
targeted by drones and many were severely injured and they were forced to jump
overboard to escape.
When Oval Office Fantasy Meets
Reality, Right SCOTUS?
President Trump and Secretary of
War Pete Hegseth are indeed vocal when dropping bombs on fishermen’s boats or
on Iran or in Venezuela, they have their justification or rationale in place,
they assume. It is interesting to note that all their justifications fall flat
when considering the fact, that President Trump and Secretary of War Pete
Hegseth both consider “due process” upheld by US Constitution, International
Law and US code are irrelevant and all that matters is the Presidential
Executive Order. Which clearly has been indicated to be for administrative
matters and not to be overtaking the administrative and governance space of US
Congress and SCOTUS. But then the US President believes his Presidential
Executive can rule over even US Constitution, with that level of understanding
about dynamics of governance or tools to govern, the only pragmatic think to do
is to indicate that when demarcation of power is ignored silence of US Congress
and SCOTUS is fatal.
Some doubts that don’t go away:
1. The bombing allegedly was
carried out because of immediate or imminent threat to the US, and bombing is
an act of self-defence.
Mr. President the first bombing
of fishing boat, happened on 2nd September and it was on
international waters. At the time of bombing, the fishing boat, was 1,700 kms
aways, then how come the fishing boat was in imminent threat to anyone in the
US. Both arguments of Self Defence or it being imminent threat, to justify
immediate action, does not hold.
2. The US President and Secretary
of War claim through bombing of fisher they are saving lives of US citizens,
each boat destroyed means around 30,000 US citizens life has been saved. The
problem Mr. President if so many tons of drugs carried on small boats have been
destroyed, the how come US drug market shows no set back. There is no crisis.
There are no drugs emergencies because of unavailability of drugs anywhere in
US. There are no new drugs being introduced to US market, no complications in
drug market, as should have happened with drastic changes in supply side of sought after drug.
Mr. President, all this goes to
indicate you and Mr. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth having been committing mass
murder of fishermen in Americas. Further without due process there is no way to
prove drugs were on the boat. It is sad to see countries in Latin America and
South America remain silent instead of taking legal action for such blatant war
crimes and terror acts.
Fishermen from South America and Latin America are human beings are not Animals to be hunted like Hunger Games by the US President Trump and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. Hold them accountable!
