The United States Vs Global Peace; Iran Now, who next…? Act Now for Global Peace; De-dollarisation the way forward?

 The illusion - American Democracy

The World has seen many wars being fought against Nations across the globe by the United States under different US Presidents, the claim was always the US is going to bring democratic governance to these sovereign countries and ensure freedom for people from outside. No one asked what right the US has as a country among 159 nations to invade another country in the name of misgovernance, an internal sovereign matter on basis of US perception or perception of American Diaspora from different countries or more realistically on basis of Perception of American companies and their need for natural resources. The United States has been having a free ride on global governance, with total disregard for laws both domestic and international.

Recent events under President Donald J Trump have made it clear that there is no Democracy in the United States as a Nation, there never was and never will be. Just like a democratic mindset of an individual can be assessed based on his/her interactions with fellow beings, this is true for nations as well. In this regard the United States has proved through the decades that as a nation it is not a democracy. The clearest example has been that of Cuba, where for sake of American companies a free nation was systematically destroyed in its capacity for trade and self-reliance.  While Cuba did not give in many smaller countries have been given in to the US strategic pressures and either handed over their national security to a foreign nation the United States or decided to either peg their currency with that of US dollar or to use US dollar itself. The process of creating semi-sovereign states in the western hemisphere has been slow and systematic strategy under different US Presidents. Thereby making clear the United States as a Nation has no concept of democracy and never intents to practice it either.

At the same time, it maintains the illusion and right to invade other sovereign nations to enforce democracies as per the model convenient to the US companies. Recently, this played out in Venezuela, Iran and Cuba.

America a Democracy because of Power Sharing within structures for Governance- A Myth!

The United States has been very proud to state that the three structures of Governance, the US Congress, the Judiciary and the Executive Branch under the President have been conceived in such a manner that an over reach or abuse can be prevented to ensure democracy domestically and internationally. This is the greatest lie of all, the US is not conceived as a democracy, it is conceived as a country where a President can reign like a belligerent King/queen; if the person so desires.

According to the US Constitution and also US Code, to be specific under Article II, Section 1 of US constitution, the Executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. But what does this Executive Power entail, a President has the power to enforce laws but creation of law falls within Congress as per process authorised by Article 1 of the Constitution; the US President is the Commander-in-Chief, based on which he/she commands the armed forces but US Congress holds the power to declare war; the President has the Executive Authority to direct Executive Branch, this includes Federal departments and agencies; the President has power for Treaty making with it being ratified by two-thirds of Senate vote; the President’s legislative role gives him/her the power to veto or sign legislations.

The Power of Presidential Executive Orders

What the US President Trump has displayed during his second term in office has been the power of his Executive Orders to the US Congress and the globe. While many of his Executive Orders on domestic matters, faces over 100s of law suits on legality of his Executive Orders, at the maximum it has managed temporary blocks or paused policies but hardly any reversal of the executive orders of President Trump.

In case of Executive Orders with regards to attacks or sanctions on other nations, President Trump has been given a free hand.   And the world has largely been silent to atrocities committed by US President. Take for the example, the attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh Girl’s School, there has been no action taken against US President or his administration by US Congress or any international agency.

Suppose one where to do role reversal and assume 168 school children were killed in the United States or Israel, wouldn’t there be immediate action instead of silence, debate and grace period given to President Trump to give an explanation or rationale for attack on Iran and the results of war crimes or acts of Terror (for as per US law attack on Government property is considered to be an act of terror). Would the US government wait for explanation for mass murder of school children? This is exactly the reason why US as a nation is not a democracy. It does not practice democratic principles when dealing with other Sovereign nations and in fact refuses to adhere to any law domestic or international in its interaction with other nations.

The current President of United States does not believe in international law or domestic law, but only believes in his scale of morality. Recently, for the first time, he does not like to see people dead from his action, but he has forgotten the number of times he has gloated over bombing small fishing boats, destroying Government Infrastructure, and most of all stating how in matter of few hours he ensured US troops invaded Venezuela and kidnapped the President of Venezuela from his sleep along with his wife.

The total insensitivity with which President Trump declares these acts on social media or media, the way he gloats over his actions, the pride he takes in his actions that invariably has mass murder in its background be it Venezuela or Iran.

The total lack of humanity in the words of the US President and sheer joy that his face reflects and the pride in his action is more inhuman than any action of any know terrorist or terror group.

In addition, the US President enjoys veto power over any law that Congress approves, also gives him the upper hand. Though Congress can override the President’s veto with two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate but the Congress rarely overrides vetoes – out of 1,484 vetoes since 1789 only 7.1% or 106, have been overridden. It is apparent the current US Congress is not inclined to hold President Trump accountable for his war crimes and acts of terror.

The Profile of President and his view of international relations with other Sovereign Nations

A President who believes only in his sense of morality; as per which “I can take Cuba (another Sovereign Nation), I can take it and do whatever I want with it”. Just like in Venezuela, he holds it as his trump card, a trick card that he believes out smarted all others and asserts as so on media.

The truth, the President of US is invading Sovereign nations as per his will, committing mass murders (100 died in Venezuela), over two thousand in Iran; as preview of terror tactics in Western Hemisphere he kept bombing anyone and everyone who dared to be on small boats on International Water. He is nothing but a three-piece terrorist, mass murder, thief, with a 900-billon military industry made at his disposal by a spineless, unethical, visionless, with no skills at in international relations, the US Congress.

Now, what can the world do for the maniacal US President who is no mood to stop but he has to be stopped. US may be the biggest military industry but the soft power the US enjoys is what makes the US military power tangible in the long run. The destruction of soft power could be the only way to make the US Congress realize that their President can’t have a free ride on nations across the globe. It is necessary for nations across the globe to plan for destruction of US soft power before it is too late.  The US Presidency is not a permanent post but many of the process he creates and sets up may be difficult to unwind. It is important he is restrained each success gives him a high to do some More…

A clear example is US role in brokering peace between Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the focus is for specials access to minerals in the country. This is sad process, US uses its military power creates success stories of invasions, hold these success stories as soft threat to make other abide to US dictate.  Countries in Africa that are militarily powerless can be manipulated with success stories unlike countries like Iran. The total military expenditure of Rwanda in 2024 was $176 million USD and that of Democratic Republic of Congo in 2023 was $794 million USD.

Democratic Republic of Congo has immense natural wealth, 60% of world cobalt, a critical mineral for electric vehicle batteries. It is also leading producer of copper, industrial diamonds, tantalum (coltan), tin, gold, and tungsten. Rwanda has tantalum (used in aerospace and medical implants), tin, tungsten (critical use in aerospace, military projectiles) and gold.

President Trump’s recent Media disclosure on his plan for Iran's decimation

What does it mean, for Global Peace when it is America First, always:

Nations in the world need to think beyond all the visuals of chaos presented by President Trump. For Trump’s Presidency will be over but tech industries for whom US President is setting the blue print for governance would need to be shown the red line. Other wise world will have a different reality on its plate which nations are ill equipped to deal with. In the United States, through privatisation, many aspects of governance are being handled by tech industries and local people are facing problems.

The Soft power including economic power of US has to be curtailed for global peace, de-dollarisation is one of the options that is needed and crucial. Soft power disruption is the only preventive protection measure against current and future US Presidents and their Presidency’s impact on the global peace.

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there. For which he is bidding with nations in the middle east, almost creating a new form of slave trade.  The President of US standa accused of:  a) Clearly expressed Genocidal intent, expressed to entire world totally in free will, standing in a position of power as the greatest spender on Military industry.  2. As specified in Article two of genocide convention he state he wants to destroy an entire nation by erasing its existence and using organised crime methods for the same.  3.Totally against the UN charter Article 2 (4) for it "prohibits use of force (which could be physical and psychological) and calls on all Members to respect the Sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of other states.  4. Living in the Margins

Molly Charles (1) Margin, a term familiar from tender age; notebooks with clear cut margins to delineate the main body of text, define it. The margins give it definite shape, a practice that continues into the virtual world. Among humans, it is these margins that give identity to the large majority we term normal. The often, porous boundaries offer a chance for individuals to slip through and slip back into either ‘normal’ or ‘marginal’ spaces. The decision to identify with marginal groups or positions can be a conscious one as with (gender identity, drug use), enforced as in (mental health, racial and caste based discrimination) and accidental for (drug use, stigmatized diseases). In certain instances, as with mental health, some individuals may find their being part of marginal groups a permanent reality, in most other instances individuals do move in and out of marginal groups, as a survival strategy to deal with marginalization. Even when physical spaces merge, with an emph...
