The United Nations has been choked by the UN Security Council through its skewed veto power that ensures apartheid system is at the centre of the realm of UN international governance. Irrespective of how United Nations or the West might justify it, the truth of discrimination shines through. The assumption being that one set nations are more civilized and democratic than the others. It is this that ensures even in the absence of war crimes, based on pure allegation of wanting a nuclear power a country like Iran will be Sanctioned by US, Europe and UN for decades. With US seeing it as part of a US-Trump strategy to weaken a nation and then destroy it militarily and Venezuela gave President Trump the feeling he has the “Midas Touch” to repeat it across hemispheres.
At the
same time Israel which has nuclear war heads, which at a drop of hat keeps
hitting countries in the region with missiles and bombs, and yet has never
faced sanctions. Why is Israel able to blindside UN, EU and US with the same
war crimes over and over again? It is this perpetual state of being blindsided
that made Genocide on Palestinians possible, and yet the world did not learn.
Even
after being accused on war crimes both by ICC and ICJ, the leaders from Israel
prance across the globe and assert they are the symbols of peace in the Middle
East and no one even dares to question them. It is understandable that US and
EU have military industry-based links with Israel and it is too deep for
humanitarian principles of Justice to penetrate, this was made clear when
during the genocide in Gaza, American Republican representatives took pride in
signing on missiles to be dropped in Gaza and they even captured the moment for
the social media.
What is
interesting is that the signing of missiles with love for the death of
Palestinian reeked of white supremacy, strangely one of the rare instances when
a defect of limited production of melanin is the ground for sense of supremacy,
especially among the white population. Probably it is this assumed supremacy
that makes it right for Pre-emptive strike be central to US and Israel
international relations. It jars when US President or his representatives speak
about their inalienable right to bomb any country on the planet based on their
perceived threat to themselves or to humanity. Never has this inalienable right
of US and Israel questioned at the UN. Why? Is it that UN through its silences
acknowledges that bomb power rules the world? If that is the case why
have peace building fiasco, is it for entertainment. Let the nations creates
groups and pool in money for collective warheads to keep US President and
Israel in check.
The
act of inhumanity:
An act
of inhumanity is not just unacceptable violence there is also a silence
institutional violence that can be enacted on victims of invasion or war crime.
It is that happened at the UNSC. It was
Iran that was bombed by US and Israel, on one instance with no room for
technical error US did bomb the Girl’s school, for it has been identified that
Tomahawk cruise missile was used. This is a long range, subsonic precision
weapon used to strike high value, heavily defended land targets. It is known
for its ability to fly at very low altitudes- “terrain hugging” to avoid enemy
radar detection and has an accuracy with 5-10 meters. This would mean technical
error in target selection and locking would be difficult; besides it is
accuracy that also gives it the market value.
Tomahawk
also has five distinct guidance system to ensure precision, it includes
Inertial Navigation System (INS), Global Positioning System (GPS); Terrain
Contour Matching (TERCOM) which allows missile to scan the ground beneath it
using radar altimeters and compare it to pre-programed maps allowing it to
navigate without relying solely on satellites; Digital Scene Matching Area
correlation (at the final phase, an onboard camera takes images of the target
areas and matches them with stored images to identify and target the objects
with high accuracy); and Advanced Electronic Support Measure assist in locating
targets. Besides, there is another aspect that makes technical error difficult
to accept, is its loitering capability, the missile can loiter (hover/circle)
over a target area, providing battle damage assessment imagery via its onboard
camera to commanders before striking. This capability was introduced in 2004.
In
spite of this grave act of anti-humanity, no one included the fact that Iran
actions were defensive after being attacked by both US and Israel. Even attacks on countries that allow US Bases
were not act of aggression, for all the countries have military arrangement
with US or Israel or both. The attacks on Iran would not have been possible
without support from these infrastructures across the region, including input
for last year bombing when scientists, academicians, intelligentsia and their
families were wiped out. For example, use of air space by US or Israel to
attack Iran, how is it different from rights of passage for troops which later
commit violations of international humanitarian law. Within the growing digital
warfare role of those who aide and abets the process is critical to carry out
war crimes, invasion or genocide.
These attacks are made possible through the
military infrastructure of US and through Tech Companies infrastructure, when
in digital warfare the tech company’s data centre based far away or any other
human in the loop is involved in decision over the final shot, how are then
these non-military targets. For these arrangements can be considered to be
Business Support or Joint Operations which is aimed at carrying out war crimes.
Allowing
these infrastructures to be non-military targets would create a skewed
understanding of reality as US and Israel are moving towards digital war of
aggression, under such circumstances using the old format of deciding
accountability would have Israel and US bombing across the region and outside
for fun and to assert the power of might.
Standing
tall after a Genocide
Yes, UN
put Hitler to shame, when Iran was targeted as though it had gone on aggression
frenzy out of the blue and Iran was voted against by many members of the
UNSC. A lie, a narration filled with
fallacies was accepted as truth by the UN, ignoring the sovereign right of Iran
to defend itself. It forgot to assert that US and Israel committed war crimes
and continue to do so.
It
allowed the Permanent Representation from Israel, at the UN, Danny Danon, to
give illustrative presentation on what Israel is doing in Iran and Lebanon.
Since when has UN decided to become complicit in war crimes, does the UN
believe Israel has the inalienable right to bomb anyone it feels threatened
by.
UN gave
a position of acknowledgement and power to an Israeli Representative, Danny
Danon to present on war crimes as though it were acts of justice. This is a
blatant abuse of sovereign rights of Iran the nation and its people. Danny
Dannon is from the Likud party, a right-wing party that believes in Greater
Israel. At present the State of Israel is busy taking over land in West Bank
building residential complex with the total faith that no international law,
international community, or anyone else will dare to question their war crimes.
Israel
is a country where the court set free soldiers who were arrested for raping a
Palestinian, who was so critically ill that he needed emergency medical
intervention. The image of this is given below.
UN
aren’t you aiding and abetting the war crimes of US and Israel, for according
to legal interpretation abetting involves “encouragement, advising, or
instigating the commission of a crime”, further elaborated upon as “it may
involve physical acts, verbal statement, or in some cases, mere presence of an
“approving spectator”. UN, you have gone far beyond the role of a “approving
spectator” for UN is giving formal space and approval for Israeli
Representative to Present War Crimes as a Strategy for democratising Iran. This
will encourage the sense of impunity that Israel enjoys to carry on
further war crimes all across the region.
With
regard to representative from US, where he emphasised how his President is at
the "Job of addressing the war between US and Israel combined against Iran". What
the US Representative forgot is that the US President raises serious doubt
about meaning of democratic governance as practised by US President at domestic and
international level. The President comes through as a global terrorist who is
found of bombing countries, kidnapping leaders, stealing national resources and
at present believes he can decide who the next leader of any country can be.
