Why is the world silent about US Apartheid International Relations & US President's war crime or terror Acts.

It is time for Nations to understand the United States may have a 900-billion-dollar military industry with 36 trillion national debt that keeps climbing by billions on a daily basis, the decision of Americans to wait and watch as the Presidents piles up trillions in debt is their internal matter. But what isn’t American domestic matter is their Apartheid International Relations, which made its evil face very stark when it has one set of rules for US political leaders and other staff and holds the opposite norms for leaders and other diplomats in other nations. Yet, the world is silent, why?

This discriminatory approach is very clear, when US President who reck havoc over other nations and their sovereignty and yet go scot-free, be it Iraq which saw a half a million deaths, before the war one Iraqi dinar was pegged 3.21 USD and now it is 0.00076 USD. The currency exchange rate gives a short and precise picture of US war on Iraq. At the same time American companies reaped profits, these included ExxonMobil, Chevron, Baker Hughes, General Electric Vernova, Halliburton/KBR, Parsons Corporation, Washington Group International, Symbion Power, Blackwater and Triple Canopy and DynCorp. A large-scale foreign interest ensured money moved out of Iraq rather than into the country. It would be logical to state that American leaders can use any Pretext to create war and ensure American companies makes Hay while the Sun Shines. Since, America has 900-billion-dollar military industry no one questions, but isn’t it time to question the US Apartheid International relations.

Take for example the case of invading Venezuela, kidnapping the President of Venezuela, taking him in chains to US and stating he has been taken by force, after bombing three government institutions and infrastructure (all acts of terror according to domestic law in US) and then stating the reason all this was done is because of an allegation that Venezuela President Maduro is the ring leader for drug trafficking ring for cocaine from Venezuela. Any person with basic intelligence from the field would indicate there is a logical fallacy, and that large amounts of drugs are not coming from Venezuela to the US. But the President of US on his own accord decided to take law in his own hands and carry out war crimes and terror acts. After which the world was silent and US law makers pretend there is nothing wrong.

Seriously from the case details of President Maduro there are only allegations and assumptions that have been conveniently knitted together for US to take control over Venezuela oil and destroy scope for a functioning communist government. The only evidence is that of a sting operation that US agents did to trap the nephew of President Maduro and all the hearsay evidence about hypothetical drug trade that was planned to be carried out by the nephew of President Maduro. The nephew’s subsequent statements under duress states that President Maduro is involved in a large-scale drug trade. A question that begs to be asked if President Maduro already has a well-established drug trade wouldn’t the nephew know the basics of how it is done, and would he want to be a competition after all he is being taken care of Maduro and considers the nephew family, and most of all would he fall such an ill-conceived sting operation by US agents.

Since, the courts are entertaining the case in spite of the fact that the US President carried out war crimes and terror acts to get his way through to ensure US President can have a say in sovereign matters of Venezuela, it seems the courts are fine with it. If the US courts and the US Congress are fine with US Presidents war crimes and terror acts and consider it legitimate to kidnap a leader from another sovereign country to face charges largely based on allegations. Then the question remains to be asked what legitimacy is left in the functioning of US Courts or US Congress.

While the function of the US governance is an internal matter, what isn’t is that can US have a legal system that states its leaders and others in government can be protected by diplomatic immunity for any violation of any international norms while they are in office and beyond, at the same time any US public prosecutors can start investigation of Foreign leaders and government officials in US and then move to court to take action which may be even include extra judicial acts like taking the individuals by force to US.  It is interesting to note that all Presidential Executive Orders in matters linked to interference in other nations sovereign matter always has a rider that no US officials can be held legally liable for any act committed to implement the Presidential Executive Order and that they are protected by diplomatic immunity, while in office and beyond for life.

How is this legal or is it that US courts or SCOTUS assumes individuals from other countries are aliens and hence can be treated like slaves, their countries attacked, their military defence structures sabotaged and mass murder of their military officials and other officials carried out in order to kidnap the leader or anyone the US considers an interested asset?

If the US governance doesn’t see Apartheid adherence in deliverance of justice, isn’t it clear to leaders and governments of other nations. If it is, isn’t it time to act and destroy this apartheid practiced by the US.

This is especially pertinent when two US Prosecutors have opened probes into drug trafficking from Colombia and President Gustavio Petro though not directly accused, there exists the probable accusation as to whether he met drug traffickers and on taking money for elections [1].

Stop the Rogue US President from creating havoc across the globe, the US has gone Rogue!

The question is can the US a country, one among 195 countries in the globe, grant itself the inalienable right to investigate any leader from any country based on allegations and yet protect American leaders and government officials through diplomatic immunity while in office and beyond for war crimes, genocidal act and terror acts.

What gives the US the power to grant itself this illegal right.

Why is that US representatives political and others can sign missiles and bombs to be dropped in Gaza, say it’s with love and do photo op to share on social media, yet they are never held accountable by anyone?

For global peace, hold US President, US Congress and SCOTUS accountable?

The President of US stands accused of Genocidal intent?

Mr.President Trump, after hinting at his intent for days, now allegedly has stated loud and clear he would like to own another sovereign state, Palestine and wants to remove the entire population of Palestinians from there. Living in the Margins

Molly Charles (1) Margin, a term familiar from tender age; notebooks with clear cut margins to delineate the main body of text, define it. The margins give it definite shape, a practice that continues into the virtual world. Among humans, it is these margins that give identity to the large majority we term normal. The often, porous boundaries offer a chance for individuals to slip through and slip back into either ‘normal’ or ‘marginal’ spaces. The decision to identify with marginal groups or positions can be a conscious one as with (gender identity, drug use), enforced as in (mental health, racial and caste based discrimination) and accidental for (drug use, stigmatized diseases). In certain instances, as with mental health, some individuals may find their being part of marginal groups a permanent reality, in most other instances individuals do move in and out of marginal groups, as a survival strategy to deal with marginalization. Even when physical spaces merge, with an emph...
